First 7 Minutes of Speed Racer

Warner Brothers has released the first seven minutes of its film, Speed Racer, online.

Speed Racer can only think about one thing: racing.  Inspired by his older brother, Rex Racer, who died in a racing accident, Speed never gives up.  When he discovers that the races are being fixed, Speed fights back the only way he knows: racing.

Emile Hirsch stars as Speed.  The cast also includes Susan Surandon (of Enchanted), John Goodman, and Christina Ricci (of Penelope).  The film is directed by Larry and Andy Wachowski, who directored the Matrix Trilogy and produced V for Vedetta.
