Akira-kun is still chasing after the beautiful yet amazingly naive Yurika. For those that are new to the series, Akira-kun changes into Akira-chan whenever he sneezes, so even if the male form can't get close to Yurika, Akira has had the opportunity to feel up Yurika as a female.

This has to be the most fan-service filled volume yet, and that's no joke. When Tsubasa accuses Yurika of crushing on girls, specifically Akira, the girl has a hard time stammering out a denial. Then things really heat up. There's a 'lesbian' scene between Yurika and Akira-chan where Yurika feels Akira's breasts, sleeps in the same bed, and rubs up on her. It's unfortunate that Akira can only get that kind of attention when he's in girl form, but how else is he able to see a bunch of naked girls and be told by the girl he has a crush on to touch her boobs? I don't know what kind of world that this manga is based off of, but being a female I don't go around asking my female friends if I can touch their boobs. Well, this is a manga after all, therefore, I can't expect it to be too realistic. But how many compromising situations can Yurika get herself into in front of the female Akira?

I digress, it is a cute story, even though Akira is inept as a male to even approach Yurika. The younger sister Anju does seem to have a thing for the guy Akira, and one can only expect a love triangle further down the line. Will Akira go for the boyish yet cute Anju or stick with the girly yet hare-brained Yurika? Or maybe he could just go for both. Sure some of the situations are unrealistic, but then again the fact that Akira can change genders by a simple sneeze isn't believable. The dialogue is generic and centers on specific holidays in this volume. There's New Year's and then Valentine's, all opportunities for Akira to confess his feelings for Yurika. The other activities such as the sleep over and karate training are ways to put Akira and Yurika in awkward situations and build up the tension and humor. It does a good job, but it's not really anything new. After all, how many manga or anime is out there that is based upon compromising situations between a male and female (Love Hina, High School Girls, etc). It's formulaic and though the characters are cute and the story is cute, you always know what to expect. The art is all right, the sisters obviously look similar and the only way to tell them apart is by their hair. Akira in female form looks absolutely nothing like the male counterpart and fits the mold of stereotypical pre-pubescent girl. In male form, Akira is the geeky and unattractive male who can't approach a girl to save his life. The breasts are all different sizes from small to large and all of them are bouncy. You know this because every time there's a pair of breasts in the scene they are always making the sound 'boyoing'. The facial expressions are standard, and simplistic. I'm not a big fan of the addition of lips on the manga characters for more sensual purposes. A lot of the time the lips don't look quite right and make the characters look a bit like fish. The other characters are stock manga characters, and don't really hold your attention.

This is by no means an awesome manga, but it's fun to watch Akira get himself into strange and awkward situations. There's some nudity, although it's all on Akira's female counterpart, and there's a lot of panty and bra shots, so if that's your thing then pick it up. The girls are cute and what there is of a storyline is sweet. Even though it's the same recycled story and uninspired art, it's still got plenty of humor to keep you reading.
